1. How can payment be made?

a. Bank transfer (cash in advance):
In case of cash in advance you have to transfer your money on our current account. As soon as we realise your payment we will immediately ship your shoes. In case of this kind of payment the postage and packing lump sum amounts to 0,oo €
b. PayPal (cash in advance):
Payment per Paypal is possible , just use the right option in our card.
c. Cash on delivery:
We will ship the shoes cash on delivery, in this case the postage & packing rate amounts to 11,oo € (Germany only)
d. Invoice:
For new customers this is regrettably not possible - for understandable reasons. For our regular customers this will be possible if desired. |

For new customers this is regrettably not possible - for understandable reasons. For our regular customers this will be possible if desired. |

Normally our time of delivery is about 4 work days, if we have bottlenecks in delivery we will inform you on your order. |
| 5. What if the ordered shoes do not have the appropriate size or if I dont like them? |

If the shoes do not fit you have the possibility to exchange them within 14 days for another size or another model or we will transfer your money back on your current account. |
